I would like to retract that comment...
Just had major dental surgery last week. They gave me the "strongest" tramadol they have and it did not even touch the pain.... One 10/325 vic and it was managed within an hour.
I've used the tramadol before but for much less severe pain and it seemed fine. But having put it to the test.... forget it.

Sadly need to retract that comment as well. I picked up the standard 4-pak. Indeed, the first one worked fine, great uptime and no headache. #2 and #3 did nothing but give me a killer headache. Doubt if I will try the last tab.
I am off to India for a few days. Since they produce a great deal of the generics, I will stock up while I am there unless someone has other suggestions.

Nah, stupid joke...
I always took Penegra with very good results but some headache as side effect... Then in 2007 the manufacturer/batch at my provider (South-East pharmacy on Sukhumvit between Soi 15 and 17) changed and some details of the film where different... from that day on the results where so-so but the headache was gone... Guess it is a semi fake now with just a smaller dosis... Didn't try taking two yet...
Maybe it's a total fake and the so-so part is what's left of my natural manhood...

1800...hmmm, cheaper than the US but pretty damn pricey
Stopped by India the last trip and was able to get Apacialis (4 pak) for about 6 US. Also picked up some Penagra to compare with what I got here.
The Penagra purchased in India gave a slight headache (a normal reaction for many) but not the severe ones I got with local products. Also, it worked far better than what I got at both recommended phamracies in Suk and Silom.
I do not know for sure but it seemed a lot better.. makes me suspect that many of the pills here are fake. (surprise eh?)

Yes, cheap in Cambodia. Most pharmacies stock it.
UCare is a larger chain of pharmacies and have Cialis at $6, and V Tabs, Kamagra etc etc.
UCare has brances in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. I have bought from there for colleagues in UK and no duds or side effects reported.
