I noticed a post by Buttman on page 1 recommending Cipro when in Thailand.
I was recently on holiday for nearly a month and whilst I was never ill, I was a bit loose with my stool many times, also it does catch up on you very quickly.
At home I have a Yoghurt every day but when on holiday I forget to go to 7/11 and stock up.
Is Cipro the best thing to have to keep your inside healthy and stop having the runs, I am not talking about being very poorly, just loose.?

Cipro can help with certain infections or bacteria related to the runs, however it is an antibiotic, and one of the side effects of almost all antibiotics is loose stool or even diarrhea in some cases. This is because antibiotics can kill the good bacteria in your digestive system (including those supplied by Yogurt).
I would guess that if yogurt is available, it would make more sense to continue to eat that if it has been part of your regular diet. You can also get pills that have similar good bacteria contained in yogurt that may be more convenient than purchasing yogurt while in Thailand.

Imobium is the best way to go, available in all pharmacies and stores in Thaialnd. It clogs you up right away, but does not kill bacteria. I usually let the runs do their thing for a while so I can shit out as much as I can, then I hit the Imodium. You have to be careful with Cipro. I use it, but if you don't use it properly or over use it you leave yourself prone to super bugs.
Mr. Alan is correct. Antibiotics kill all bacteria, good and bad. In the past if I am really sick, I do take Cipro. But if you go to bkk 4 times a year and take Cirpo you are heading towards trouble.
We should have an area where we could post pictures of members having the runs. I one had them at JJ market. I took out my cell phone and took pictures of me in the toilet shitting my brains out.
While in LOS I have also shit in my sleep, shit waiting for the girl to come out of the bathroom.... this one was classic. Dumbass girl locks the bathroom door. I am pounding on it telling her I need to go NOW..... she doesn't open the door so I shit all over the floor. Lucky for me the fllor was made of wood.
Speaking of wood, what is the most women you have slept with in a 24 hour period? My friend did 5. I couldn't believe it, but I was there while he would pull one after the other.

Beats me as the most I ever did was four:
Woke up mid-morning with a FL that I pulled from Elephant and Castle in GuangZhou;
Linked up in the afternoon with a long-time GuangZhou lady friend for an after-lunch and before-dinner snack;
Was surprised and given a before-bed treat by her rabbit-farming (lady) friend from DogGuan;
And the real kicker was when my translator (a female officer from the People's Navy) pulled 'reveille' on me and decided to join me in the shower.
This was after a layover in Bangkok a couple of days before where I had spent a day with a waitress from Woodstock.

A few years ago I had 5 in the span of 8 hours. Don't think I can do that now, but I managed 5 in 30 hours last October when I was in Manila. Ask Tyler Durdin, I'm sure he has done more than me.

Back to the runs, I was on the beach in Hua Hin and felt a bit loose, I know what you're thinking, well that was another day.
So I came off the beach with ever shorter strides, nipped in a restaurant bar toilet, whipped off my trunks and out it came.
This was definitely a pre-emptive strike and I looked down into my trunks, pheww that was close I had made it.
After I had finished I got up only to see a percentage of yesterdays supper on the porcelain rim at the back, no problem just get the hose and clean up.
Out of courtesy I went into the outside restaurant bar and bought a coke.
Off for a one hour foot massage then back to the room, when I got back to the room I noticed that although my trunks had missed the deluge, my white T-shirt had made contact with my shite on the back of the rim.
To save face I stayed clear of the restauant and massage salon after that.
Thanks for the tips boys, I tend to only use Immodium if travelling, I like to get rid of any bad stuff.
Also when I have a bottle of water when relaxing on the beach, I put a sachet of electrolyte powder in it to put some goodness back in the body.

not so much an ailment, more of amount of tim ein LOS. After a while your stomach builds up a bit of flora of good and bad bacteria. But bad food is bad food.
You know, when I have been really sick, it was more from the fresh fruit off the carts more than anything. I used to live off Soi Rangnam and I really like fresh fruit. We all have eaten this fruit, they cut it fresh for you off the ice. Maybe it's just me, but sometimes I get a little 'loose' after that.
As far as different girls, I am at three in one day. I could f*** more, but I can not cum that many times.
