In Pattaya (where its more affordable to do so) I employ a girl usually to ice my Balls daily and rub cream and oils into my cock and prostrate area- maybe suck the dick a while - but mostly keeping the weapon oiled and massaged.

This is not strictly to do with any healing of wounds but more to do with staying in fine fettle.
