Tommys, Just walk from the central market or bike it down 63 rd st, keep the Soriya hotel to your right, keep going down the st and I think the number is 55/ 63 st.

I've been quite depressed. No one talks about Phnom Penh in this forum. I'm always checking but I guess no one visit PP anymore.
I had the greatest time there but I guess no one really wants to go and find out for themselves. Anyhow, I would love to hear some field reports from bros in the area.
Hopefully I'll get the chance to go back there early next year.

Just to note I read on another forum about the bars having to shut at Midnight, its bullsh*t, bars are still open way past 12.

If you're looking for Navy, first find Walkabout, then go east one block - 2 minute walk.
It's on the corner of st. 63 and st. 174.
Young viets in there, nothing special. Try Walkabout for tips on where to go and who.
Lots of FLs in there later, especially fri & sat nights.
Up the road, try Heart of Darkness after 10pm. Gets packed on a w/e tho'
Spent some time there in Nov / Dec 2003, got to know the place a bit.
I've heard that the clubs are full of dangerous pill-popping locals, younger & fresher gals, but also outrageous prices. I didn't go, no need when the w'bout was so easy.
