I of course understand that they do make those bogus drugs to make money
BUT WHY do they some time seem to fill them with some harmfull substances instead of filling the pills with some inert material? This is the part I dont understand...
Unless those case of harmfull fake drugs are case when they tried to actually copy the real thing and failed?

I do understand your point and while I wish there was some sound explanation those companies that are doing this on a large scale it still comes down to greed.
Compounding the issue is that we metabolize substances differently, even with top quality pharmaceuticals. In the case of the Chinese milk scare, small quantities are often harmless and serve no value. Melamine, as used in the tainted milk in small dosages with many people will just be passed thru however some, esp the very young and old, if consumed enough can cause extreme illness.
Melamine was used to spoof other tests to show the milks integrity. A few local drug companies here had products pulled last year for using low grade materials in cardiac meds... it still had the specified medication however it was a very low grade.
It is a sad trait in human nature which drives this type of behavior.
CC... I have had some Penagra that is great and some that is bad. Just like not all the milk from China was bad not all the road-side meds are bad. It's a crap shoot when buying prescription meds OTC in many places.

I visited Bangkok plenty of times, and will visit again. But this time I need some medical information in this column. My questions are : 1) I never tried soft cialis becuase I could never find them in Bangkok, when I need them. 2) Is it safe to use, after or before consuming Alcohol ? 3) Which Pharmacy sells them ( Genuine shop with Genuine product ) ?
I always land up with cialis tablets, which I used.But I heard soft cialis are always in demand, hence not available mosr of the time. I need comments from users and buyers of cialis product. Any other prudcts are recomended for same application?

Does not seem as strong as before,

I have tried most of these products, but never tried soft Cialis. All effects are differents....Viagra should not be taken 100 mg. But others are ok, since they all come in smaller pack. I had a great fooling experience. Had a half Viagra in the afternoon, and was waiting for the girl who went for "little shopping for 30 minutes ". And was never back for 4 hours. Had to call her boss, with a hard on for 1 solid hours, and when she came back...I was down, but it was a great performance of my little John. Am not young like others. No such thing as "genuine' soft cialis" or "genuine' gel cialis."
Eli Lilly only makes the pills. Anything else is a cheap knock off, most likely out of India, and even the pills have been copied right down to the packaging.
