An interesting little experience following the purchase of Cialis from that little place on Soi 4 between the 7/11 Garage and Nana Car Park. I took one early afternoon to pep me up for a final roll in the hay at my hotel prior to flying back to the UK that evening. Sat in business class in the middle of the Indian Ocean I was just tucking in to my apetiser when bam...hot and cold sweats, queezy, out of focus, tunnel vision and out cold. Then the wierd sensation of hearing cabin staff fussing around me but not being able to do anything about communicate with them. I have to hand it to Qatar Airways they were great. They assumed the worst and linked me up to loads of telemetry back to some med centre on the ground. They did consider turning the plane around (Yangon - glad they didn't) but eventually decided to press on. At Doha I was able to walk off the plane and was whisked away to their emergency facilities for a full once over. Everything seemed fine and the were a bit mystified until I sheepishly mentioned the Cialis bought on the street. They were gracious enough to let me off with a "boys will be boys" sort of lecture.
Lessons learned:
1) Fly a quality airline. When things go wrong it really counts. Qatar were up to their 5 star rating. On Aeroflot I doubt they would even have noticed I was in trouble.
2) Bangkok street meds - just say no.

Oh btw. I guess you are all right about the warning but the worst reaction I had from my usual Penegra provider (South East Pharmacy Sukh. close to corner Soi 15) was just no reaction... usually it does what it's supposed to do...
Nevertheless I would be happy to find a more reliabale and trustworthy (and cheaper hehe) supplier in BK...

I was in India and picked up their tadalafil 20s for next to nothing and they are great. I will be going to Cambodia soon and will compare the price and quality as they do sell many of the India brands. In India I could not buy Valium or vicodins. I can get the former in Cambodia but not sure on the vics.
What I have purchased here has been 80% crap imho and, as has been pointed out, there are a lot of bogus products out there. Buyer beware.

Offshore: No vikes in Camo. Codeine or morphine though. I f***ed up my back humping a Khmer girl and I was looking for some vikes at the pharmacy. The pharmacist opens up a big jar and wants to sell me an oz. of morphine ! I was tempted since I could barely walk, but we were off to HCMC the next day and that was the last thing I wanted to be dragging into Commieville. Gel packs in PP are between $1 & 2. I may be a walking example of the power of placebos, but I never seem to get any completely bunk drugs, anywhere. The Indian cialis seems about half as strong as the real (but it costs 1/4 as much) and the gel packs that have more viscosity seem to be stronger IMO. wj

Offshore, WJ is correct and vics are not readily available. I also had bad experiences with the Apacialis and Penagra procured here in BKK however the ones from Cambo seemed fine. if you still need the vics, PM me.

I really dont understand something :
Ok, some people are selling some bogus medecine...but WHY will they fill the fake medecine with something that can be harmfull to the person who take it?
I mean...they could make most of those pills from colored starch (thats what the real one are mainly anyway...)
Sure it would be harmfull for someone who is sick not to get the proper medication, but WHY would they make the people who ingest their fake drugs sick on purpose...does not seem to make sense to me...
Anyone who understand this care to explain?
