thanks for the help from this forum. ..on my last trip went to the pharmacy near Robinson (sukhumvit) and found pack of Penegra (4tablets) 100mg for 250bht (pink tablet) although BKKdreaming wrote he got green tablets (mold/mildew?) 
used it on my visit(1/2 tablet) to tulips and Teena=she is a little chubby but a workhorse =tries HARD to please. still got some left over for next trip.....hi-ho silver! awayyyy!

That's KS Pharmacy. And if you get more than 10 packs they will give you a discount, if not just ask for it.

I always stick to Cialis. The ones available in the Middle East is called Snafi (Saudi Arabian made, 20mg Tadalafil like the real deal, costs 1650 Baht for 4 pills). In Thailand I get the real deal, manufactured by Elli Lilly at a Pharmacy on Sukh near Soi 4 (costs 2000 Baht for 4 pills). Both work the same for me (alongwith the same side effects - headaches and backaches, slight flushing, sometimes and upset stomach, nothing major).
I have tried Kamagra in India. Very cheap, and effective but stronger side effects for me. Paid only Baht 90 for a pack of 4. But unlike Cialis, the effects do not last 2 days.

Best I tried was the nasal spray which an old member laided on me one night at cowboy, tin man was his user name wonder where he's at now?
