The Hilton is across the street from the OT, but it's a dump. The Marriott is nice and I've had no problems bringing girls there. But if you can afford it, the best hotel in Sing is Shangri La on orange road. Its walking distance from OT but it has the best rooms and the best pool in Sing. Ive brought many girls there and have never been even looked at by hotel security. Corporate rate for me was a 210 Sing.
Another great hotel if you prefer to stay downtown is The Fullerton. They claim it to be the only 6 star hotel. Its very nice and is right on Boat Quay. Its the old governemnt capital building refurbished. The best Sunday brunch you'll ever have. Also girl friendly.

Actually, if you can afford it, the best hotel in Singapore, bar none, is Raffles Hotel. Not sure if they are girl-friendly or not, but it seems like Singapore hotels in general don't put too fine a point on it.
Traders Hotel (owned by Shangri-La) is another good choice on Orchard Road. No problems with bringing girls in; in fact, they even have a rear entrance which allows you to bypass the front desk if you want to be discreet. The entrance is locked around midnight.

If you found a girl with some kinky habits you should try the Plaza Park Royal Hotel (Beach Road). The shower in the bathroom has a window to the bedroom! So if you pull back the curtain you can have a look into the shower... even with curtain it's nice, because the backlight from the bath room is enough for a "shadow dance" on the curtain.
At least rooms in the executive floor have this, 6th floor, my rate was 199Sg$ incl breakfast/snack/tea for two.
Ah, not really a must, but very funny. Never seen before in a hotel. The hotel is quite good, business style, free internet, nice rooms, new furniture.

Singapore does not have guest unfriendly hotels from what I have seen. I asked a friend of mine who has lived in Singapore for 3 years and he says there is no such thing.
There are many nice freelancers in the bars. Brix in the Grand Hyatt is very good for picking up girls. I met a nice pretty Thai lady there a week ago and we've had a lot of fun together since then. The girls are not cheap, however. Expect to pay up to $200 USD for longtime. They can get the money, so that's what they charge. OT is probably a better bet for a cheap date, but the quality suffers.
Bar None had no FLs, Insomnia at Chijmes had a few, and Mohamad Sultan Road was dead, with the exception of Siam Supper Club, but not too many P4P that I could distingish.
You can always go to any place that advertises as a "Health Center". Massage with extras. I think FJ is about $150 USD, but you have to be careful because it is illegal and the Singapore police can barge into the room because it is also illegal to lock the door.

Spent a lot of time and more than a little money in Singapore. My favorite hotel is the Regent. $120 US per night, high quality and small enough to be very personal in service. Guest friendly, and safe. You can find whatever you want in Orchard Towers also know as 4 floors as someone pointed out. Yup, Thai, Fillipino, Chinese and Vietnamese with the occassional Russian. Prices are high but the quality is also pretty high. Met a Vietnamese girl who wanted the equivalent of $250 US and I have to say, she could absolutely get it. Have met some really hot Fillipino's there as well. Ipanema is fun and now have opened upstairs. I didn't go up there. Anyone know what the scoop is on that? Singapore is fun and expensive. The upside is that the city is really cosmopolitan and while the sex is a bit costly, it still is a bargain when compared with any western city.

If you know a little Chinese try the coffeeshops along Joo Chiat, a lot of study mamas (single women who come to Singapore from China so their children can get an English-based education) ply the trade there to earn extra $$ as they cannot work legally with the visas they have. According to the Straits Times (yes the government owned newspaper) the running rate for ST is about SGD 50 - SGD 100. Hotel 88 and all of thier competitors operate hotels in the area with ST rates (about SGD 20 per Hour)
Jazzy 55 on Joo Chiat road is also a nice place to pick up Thai and Chinese girls (many speak English). There is a thread:

which discusses this place. Last I heard it was still up and running. However do note that there are periodic crackdowns on Joo Chiat, but that applies throughout Singapore --- Be Descreet.
Orchard Towers is for tourists that have too much money and no sense of adventure...
